TENTS ~ CHAIRS ~ TABLES
(1) Tables must be covered during party with table clothes or plastic.
(2) Do not put any thumbtacks or staples in tables.
(3) Tables & chairs must be cleaned before pickup,if not there will be a $20.00
service charge.
(4) Do not use any glue or tape on the poles of the tent.
(5) Do not cook under the tent.
(6) Customer must shut of sprinkler system during installation.
(7) Tables & chairs are not to be stepped on for any circumstances.
(8) Client agrees to release Quality One Tent Rentals of any damage to property during
installing & removing tents.
(10) Customer agrees to mark all sprinkler heads as well as underground hoses,pipes,wires,or
any lines of any kind before installation of tent. If not,Quality One Tent Rentals will not be responsible for
any damage.
(11) Customer has the responsiblity to protect & secure all rental
items from damage & theft. customer agrees to replace all items.
INFLATABLE RIDES SAFTEY RULES
(1) Shirts & socks must be worn at all times.
(2) All riders must empty all pockets.
(3) No jewelry,eyeglases or sharp objects before entering ride.
(4) No wrestling,no flips on any rides.
(5) No shoes or sneakers allowed on ride.
(6) No climbing or hanging on walls on the rides.
(7) No smoking around the rides.
(8) No food or drinks on the rides.
(9) Children must be supervised ay all times by an adult.
(10) Customer agrees & assumes total liability & expenses for any damage
of rental rides,accident,or injury to person or persons & releases Quality One Tent Rentals of any liability.
(11) Anyone with medical condition is not permitted on rides.
(12) Rides cannot be used during rain.
(13) Electrical blower must be covered when raining.
(14) Although there may be an attendant with each ride,it is the sole responsibility
of the parents or guardians to over see the saftey of the children.
(15) Customer is responsible for explaining the terms & nconditions of ths contract
to all those in attendance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason (except rain) customer cancels rental within two weeks of the date
of their event,the deposit will be lost.
